I finished
Red Brolly's FEBRUARY stitchery block. Cute, cute. Now what to do with it? I could go ahead and start her March block but this was actually a lot of work and I'm not sure I want to devote my time to 12! (And I also can't figure out how to download the next one. I did it once so I should be able to do it again right?) But what does one do with ONE block of a BOM?

And just because I have a stitchery block of a sleeping cat, here are a couple pictures of my own Sleeping Beauty. Toi, as relaxed as ever.

Ah, to live as comfortably as Toi!

1 BOM = 1 pillow
If you don't know what to do with it send it to me!
: )
I couldn't download March either!
These would make cute designs on the corner of dishtowels. Hmmm.. I'm tempted to start one now. Looks wonderful, Tanya.
I agree, cute, cute! Really adorable stitchery that would make a great mini-quilt...
You can put borders around it and frame it with a picture frame with/without the glass over it. I stitched one for my friend and thats what she did with hers but without the glass.
I haven't started yet because it looks like a lot of work; yours looks terrific. I couldn't download March either, and went about it in a very roundabout, time consuming, and never-to-be-remembered-again way.
That's really pretty. You could put it on a pillow or bag, or also put it in the center of a medallion quilt. Or mix it in with other stitchery, or orphan blocks.
Tanya, to download it, just right click on the picture, and select save as.
That turned out lovely, Tanya! I still have to start mine - I'm thinking of doing them all in redwork, to save time. It takes me forever to select colors.
Toi looks so comfortable!
How nice to think that cats around the world appreciate their sewing human friends! I love your blog and hope to read more.
It's lovely... I thing the kitties would enjoy having this as a pillow to sleep on!
I've started mine but it is taking a long time!!! Cute photos of sleeping cats!
