Our weekday morning breakfast is granola and instant coffee. Because Tetsu was so grumpy I decorated his coffee a bit. That brought a smile to his face."It is amazing to me that I can't get along with anyone else but that you and I make a pretty good couple. These little things really make me feel loved."

Oooooh, yes! I KNOW! :) I try, too. Different spouse, different company, same situations, same problems. Yep, I know!
Tee hee hee...at least he acknowledges that he can get along w/ you!! I've worked for men bosses and women bosses, and I really prefer a man as a boss...no drama, no PMS, none of that stuff...but then I relate a whole lot better to men than I do women...go figure...(I do simple things like taking Bill a drink of cold water when he's working in the yard...or hot tea if he's working outside in the winter and he realllllllly appreciates even just a glass of water) Does it take away HIS grumpiness...nope, but he is thankful for the things I do for him, large or small....ahhhh...MEN....hugs, Pat in IN
That is just too cute! And let's face it, we all know this man adores you ;) Next time I'm the grumpy one, I'll think of your smile-y face and I bet I will lighten up instead of lightinto into someone. And maybe, just maybe, Tetsu will too ;)
