I finished another feathered star block yesterday. That's ten done and I think I was planning to make 12. I dragged all of them all out yesterday to take a picture and show how the colors are going.

Obviously blue. I have no idea what I want to do with lattice

between the blocks. I still have a couple months to think about it.
Today is very dark and rainy and I forgot to put Choco's blankets inside her kennel so they are all soaked through. She doesn't much like the rain either so after a potty run this morning I've brought her in the house. Where is she? In her favorite spot! On Tetsu!
Just discovered your blog today and read all of your March entries -- fascinating! Beautiful quilts, just beautiful. My DIL is half-Japanese . . . .
ReplyDeleteTanya, are you machine piecing the feathered stars? They look so perfect. Choco looks quite happy indoors!!! And my step/son-in-law is also half-Japanese.
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Choco looks comfy, but I am not sure about Tetsu!
ReplyDeleteGreat feathered stars.
Those stars are so intricate - they remind me of snowflakes.
