I got very little quilting done yesterday since it was a full day teaching, but I did take Choco on a long walk near the river. Mrs. Marukawa stopped and visited us on her way back to work. Her old dog Goemon died over New Year's and Choco and I had stopped by to pay our condolences which she was happy about. She's a nice lady and Goemon had a good life. I hope they get another dog someday.
This morning when Tetsu was putting in kerosene for our heater he called me out to show me the shadows playing on our porch. Kind of cute so here is a picture.
